Although the base colour of S. janetta varies from yellow to brown to purple I think the species would be most likely S. janetta.

I suggest you put it in a clean jar with a fabric cover held by an elastic band, and watch it daily to see what happens.

The distortion of the leaf shape and colour in the vicinity of the little white things suggests that the white things are galls caused by disturbance to the metabolism of the plant, rather than eggs just laid on the leaf surface.
